The MultiPep is a versatile instrument which can be configured to different synthesis scales and modes. All configurations use the same operation software to facilitate the training for a new module.

1. Small scale, 2x96 peptides at 1-5 µmol (or 5-10 with larger reaction plate)
2. Automated SPOT synthesis of peptide arrays on two membranes
3. Large scale, 48 peptides at a scale of 25 µmol, or 24 peptides at 50 µmol
