The Biolane™ HTI 16V is the economical solution for automating tedious routine lab work, such as in situ hybridization and immunostaining on embryos or sections on glass slides as well as western blotting. Two independent platforms enable the system to run two independent protocols at the same time.
The newly developed BioLane™ HTI 16V, based on the well renowned and robust liquid handling system of its predecessor, the Biolane™ HTI, is capable of automating even more complex protocols: It is using up to 16 different valves for more versatility in selecting buffer and waste positions. Upgrade trays make it capable of washing sections on glass slides or processing regular large 2D westerns. External bottle heating improves the performance for in situ hybridization or Northern and Southern blot processing.
The user-friendly WINDOWS CE based operating system with a full colour screen makes editing and activating protocols very easy. The optional BioLane™ HTI supervisor software enables you to operate the BioLane™ HTI 16V and control progress of your protocol directly from your office via remote control. The connection to a PC is accomplished via TCP/IP.
Starting from end of 2008, the new Biolane™ HTI 16V will be available. For information about the old BioLane™ HTI, please follow this link.
